Testing video identity verification in Sandbox

This guide will explain how to test the Video Identity Verification solution without incurring charges in the Sandbox environment.

In the Sandbox, we do not perform real verification but we will provide a simulated experience that closely mirrors the production behavior.

When initiating a Video Identity Verification in the Sandbox environment, you’ll receive a sandbox verification URL in the API response.

This link will redirect to a simulation page where you can experiment 3 status:

Once the verification status has been selected, you can retrieve the results through the designated endpoint.

Also, if you have subscribed in the Sandbox to the video_identity_verification.done event, you will also receive a webhook notification.
