What is Zapier?

Zapier is an online automation tool that connects Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and +6,000 others to Yousign. You can connect Yousign to your day-to-day tools to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.

A perfect complementary alternative to our API integration for certain use cases. The possibilities are almost endless, and we're going to show you just how easy it is in this documentation.

How does it work?

This automation tool is based on two simple concepts: Triggers and Actions.

When an event is triggered in a tool, an action can be automatically performed in another tool.

Here are the Triggers and Actions available with Yousign integration:

Signature Request Done
Triggers when a Signature Request is complete.
Create a Contact
The action of registering a new Contact in the contact book.
Signer Done
Triggers when a Signer has signed the document(s).
Contact Created
Triggers when a Contact is created.

Access to Zapier

It is important to note that access to Zapier requires a Yousign account as well as an App or API plan from the Plus plan.

Good news, this is available also during your 14-day free trial!

However, if you have a lower plan or if your trial period has expired, you can go to your Subscription page to access the Plus plan (or send us a message).
