Manage Images for Electronic Seal

Electronic Seals can include custom visual representations in your documents. Instead of uploading images individually for each seal, you can upload an Image once and reuse it across multiple seals.

Image Requirements

• Formats: JPEG, PNG, or GIF
• Size limit: 500KB maximum
• Storage limit: 50 images per organization
• Ensure images are small enough to fit on your documents

Managing Images

Use these API endpoints to manage your images:

• List images
• Download images
• Delete images

Note: Deleting an image won't affect previously created Electronic Seals.

Using Images

After uploading, pass the image id to the image_id property in the Seal creation endpoint. The image will apply to all seal type fields in your document.
