Electronic archiving with probative value now available

You can now archive documents directly through the Yousign API, with full legal probative value.
Documents are stored for 10 years in a certified electronic archiving system (using Arkhineo, an NF 461 certified EAS), making them legally admissible as evidence in a court of law or in case of regulatory audit.
Two archiving modes are available:
- Archiving via Signature Request - Set
archive_documents: truewhen creating a Signature Request or Template. Signed documents and attachments are automatically archived upon completion. - Direct archiving - Use
POST /archivesto archive any file (PDF, CSV, PNG...) up to 50 MB, independently of a Signature Request.
Electronic archiving is available as an add-on for Pro and Scale plans.
